Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing calendar of
appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; doing all the
arrangements for CEO
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the
CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
3. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to
reflect CEO's style and organization mission
4. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments;
demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
5. Carry out and lead small independent projects with the CEO
6. Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and
responsibilities, following up appropriately.
7. Remain knowledgeable about strategic goals and issues of importance to the CEO & the organization in
order to make informed decisions in all aspects of the job
Skills:
Organized and detail oriented.
Communication and people skills: Ability to communicate in a clear and transparent way internally
within the organization, and externally, as required.
Computer Skills: Ability to create and maintain reports. Comfortable with MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
Proficient in English, impeccable spelling & grammar.
Strong communication skills with relevant business knowledge.
Good research, organizational, time management & learning skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
