We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and supporting business operations with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director
Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution
Organize and support travel plans, hotel bookings, and other logistics
Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Administration preferred)
3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Discretion and confidentiality are a must
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
