Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Calendar & Schedule Management



Maintain and manage complex executive calendars. Schedule meetings, appointments, and events while prioritizing critical activities. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal time use.

2. Communication & Correspondence



Draft, proofread, and manage high-level emails, letters, and business documents. Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Screen calls and messages, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.

3. Meeting & Event Coordination



Organize and coordinate meetings, town halls, board sessions, and special events. Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

4. Travel Management



Plan and book end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transport. Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries and manage visa/documentation needs. Handle last-minute changes and ensure seamless travel experiences.

5. Administrative & Office Support



Manage filing systems, maintain office supplies, and oversee the executive's office needs. Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality. Prepare reports, presentations, and assist in compiling data as required.

6. Project & Task Coordination



Support with departmental or cross-functional projects. Monitor deadlines and progress of key deliverables. Conduct research and compile information for decision-making and planning.

7. Office Liaison & Vendor Coordination



Liaise with various departments for operational support and alignment. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
