The role will be required to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director/CXO in carrying out day to day activities with a view to enhance Director/CXO's efficiency. The position would also be responsible for providing the Director/CXO assistance in data and information management.
Strategic Responsibilities

Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Director/CXO based on the inputs
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
Conserve Director/CXO's time by reading, researching, prioritizing and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications
Manage the travel and accommodation arrangements for the Director/CXO
