The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, managing calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex, confidential matters efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive as needed.
Prepare expense reports and assist with budget tracking.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Any graduate
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in digital tools like Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, or project management software.
Flexibility to manage urgent matters outside business hours when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
