Role Overview



Mehta Wealth is seeking a

highly organized, proactive, and discreet female Executive Assistant

to work closely with the Founder. This role demands exceptional coordination skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage dynamic priorities while acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:



Executive & Administrative Support



Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and appointments efficiently. Serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and follow-up trackers. Handle emails, calls, and messages with professionalism and priority judgment.

Business Coordination & Follow-ups



Track and close action points from meetings and discussions. Coordinate with internal departments (Wealth Advisory, Operations, Compliance, HR, Marketing). Liaise with investors, HNIs, bankers, developers, and consultants. Support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects led by the Founder.

Documentation & Confidentiality



Maintain confidential files, agreements, and sensitive information. Draft professional correspondence and internal/external communications. Assist in documentation related to investments, partnerships, and corporate matters.

Travel & Logistics



Plan and manage domestic and international travel itineraries. Handle travel bookings, accommodation, scheduling, and expense coordination.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory). Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to a Founder / CEO / Senior Management. Exposure to wealth management, finance, investments, or real estate is an advantage. Flexible availability as per Founder's schedule.
