Executive Assistant to the VP
to help streamline leadership operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
Manage daily calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination
Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, emails, and confidential documents
Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reports
Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
Assist with project coordination and monitoring progress
Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive information
Support the VP with strategic planning, research, and execution tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Professional, mature, and reliable demeanor
Flexibility with work hours when required
