We're looking for a smart, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder with day-to-day tasks, coordination and basic admin work. Someone organized, quick, and reliable, who can help things run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings and schedules
Take/attend less-critical calls on his behalf
Assist with basic documentation and organizing files
Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-ups
Keep track of tasks, reminders and action points
Handle simple communication, emails and notes
What We Need
Strong organization skills
Good communication (written + verbal)
Proactive attitude
Comfort with Google Workspace
High ownership and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
