About the Role
We're hiring a
proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the Director
for a fast-paced BPO setup.
You'll handle scheduling, coordination, and reporting while ensuring seamless communication across departments.
This role requires someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working
night shifts
aligned with international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director with daily coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Manage communication across teams - HR, Operations, Training, and Admin.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates.
Track key activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Requirements
Graduate (Business Administration preferred).
2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Coordinator / similar role.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Willingness to work night shifts
as per Director's schedule.
