We are a leading supplier of pharma raw materials and lab chemicals in Ahmedabad, seeking a dynamic
Executive Assistant (EA)
to support our Director in business operations, project execution, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and daily coordination for the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official communication.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Compile and analyze business data; generate regular MIS reports.
Coordinate across departments (logistics, import, store, sales, accounts.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams on behalf of the Director.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in an EA, admin, or business support role.
Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business communication.
Knowledge of data analysis, MIS, and market research preferred.
Prior experience in pharma/chemicals/logistics is an advantage.
