Role Description:
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located in Ahmedabad. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization's executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, managing expenses, communicating with clients and partners, and other tasks as required in the day-to-day functions of an office.
Requirement:
Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance experience
Experience with Expense Reports and managing budgets
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organization and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Experience in the shared mobility or transportation industry is preferred
