Manage daily schedules, appointments for executives
Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate internal and external meetings, and follow-ups
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
Liaise with departments to follow up on action items and deadlines
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative processes
Provide general office support and contribute to operational efficiency
Requirements:
B.Com or any bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in a similar role (internships included)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude
NOTE:
Only male candidates are preferred for Rajkot and Ahmedabad location.
