The Team
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive Assistant (EA) to join our CPI team. The EA will serve as a strategic partner, providing high-level administrative and operational support to Managing Directors and project teams. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
How you will contribute
The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following responsibilities:
1. Practice Support
Provide daily administrative support to 7-10 CPI Managing Directors.
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and on time using Concur.
Enter and submit weekly time in Agresso.
Arrange travel in compliance with firm policy.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts/priorities.
Format internal and external communications (memos, emails, presentations, reports).
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
2. Cross-Functional CollaborationInterface effectively with employees across A&M business units and senior executives internally and externally.
Partner with corporate support teams (IT, Marketing, AR/AP, Legal, Facilities) to ensure smooth operations.
Perform Excel-based analysis as needed (e.g., event contract comparisons).
Assist with additional administrative or project-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have 4-8 YOE and should have a bachelor's degree
Must be able to drive exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support multiple executives with diverse working styles
Must be able to maintain strong relationship management and networking abilities.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have high attention to detail and accuracy, consistently producing error-free work.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Salesforce, Concur, and file-sharing tools (e.g., Box).
Must have strong calendaring and organizational skills.
Must be able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Must be self-motivated, tactful, and a collaborative team player with a professional demeanor.
Must have experience coordinating and managing projects of intermediate complexity.
Must have a demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
