To support the Founders by handling a variety of administrative, operational, and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and reducing pressure on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage miscellaneous tasks such as scheduling, errands, and follow-ups.
Upload products and make basic updates on Shopify.
Assist with customer interactions when required.
Handle admin-related work - coordinating with service providers (plumber, carpenter, wifi, CCTV, generator, etc.), and keeping the studio neat and functional.
Maintain petty cash records and provide reconciliations.
Prepare simple catalogues, presentations, or documents as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for small tasks and reminders.
Requirements
Fresher or 1-2 years' experience; graduates welcome.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace; willingness to learn Shopify.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Proactive, dependable, and willing to handle varied tasks.
