Job description Manage MD\'s calendars and set up meetings accordingly. Sholud be able to Make Good Drafting. Excellent MS Office knowledge. Organize and maintain the office filing system. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. To handle all MD Sir Correspondence including E-mails , Letters , Courier etc. Must be fluent in Hindi&English with excellent communication skills. Must be able to manage Airline Ticketing / Hotel Bookings / Visa Documentation and application etc. Must be able to handle AMC\'s (Annual Mainteanance Contracts) and Various licenses like GHMC,Labour License etc. Background experience of Admin works is taken as extra advantage.
