Executive Assistant
to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proven experience in handling executive-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leaders
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate cross-functional communication and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Support leadership with daily operational tasks
Ensure smooth workflow during US shift hours
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working in late-evening/US shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
