Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage the front desk: incoming calls, emails, and visitor logs
Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management
Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Draft, review, and manage correspondence and internal communication
Assist with travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and expense tracking
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors or service providers
Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and conferences
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-3 years of relevant experience in front office and/or executive support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
