Next Angle Design Studio is a growing architectural and interior design firm based in Ambattur. We handle residential, commercial, and retail projects with a focus on creativity, quality, and timely delivery. We are looking for a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to support our daily operations, client coordination, and project follow-ups.

Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Director/Architect, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, project follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a professional environment and be part of a fast-paced creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Director with daily tasks, schedules, and project planning Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and the internal team Prepare and maintain project documents, follow-up lists, and reports Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally Manage appointments, meetings, and reminders Maintain records of project progress and material requirements Support in basic accounting entries, purchase orders, and billing follow-ups Ensure smooth office operations and provide admin support as required

Skills & Qualifications

Any degree (Business Administration, Architecture/Design background is a plus) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Good communication skills (English & Tamil) Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets) Ability to handle follow-ups and deadlines Proactive, responsible, and willingness to learn Freshers are welcome; training will be provided

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
