This isn't your average EA gig. You'll be working directly with our Founder & CEO, getting a front-row seat to what it takes to scale multiple high-growth ventures. What You'll Be Doing:
Own and manage the Founder's calendar like a pro--meetings, prep, follow-ups, and last-minute pivots.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, ops, tech, creative) and external agencies to
get things DONE
.
Run task trackers, project timelines, and status updates like a well-oiled machine (we use Microsft Office 365,).
Draft presentations, proposals, meeting notes, and emails that sound crisp, clear, and on-brand.
Act as the founder's liaison with partners, vendors, clients, and collaborators--professionally and confidently.
Stay 2 steps ahead--anticipating needs, tracking priorities, and keeping the momentum alive.
What You Bring:
3-5 years supporting Founders/CEOs, or working in project ops, strategy, or executive roles in fast-moving startups.
Background in e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is a major plus.
Strong grip on time management, task organization, and multitasking.
Excellent written + verbal communication.
Fluent with Mircrosoft 365, HRMS Tools, CRM, Excel, and presentation tools is a major plus
Comfortable in a "figure-it-out" culture. You don't need hand-holding.
