Company: Machine Manufacturer/ Pvt Ltd.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with department executives, including handling calls, emails, and client interactions as directed by the director.
• Manage the director\'s work calendar, meeting/visit schedule, and travel plans.
• Prepare presentations and take minutes during meetings on behalf of the director.
• Monitor and observe activities with the director\'s perspective.
• Follow up with various departments regarding tasks assigned by the director.
• Analyze and summarize MIS reports, data, or information before forwarding to the director.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other agencies as per the director\'s instructions.
• Assist the director with regular tasks and maximize efficiency in developmental areas.
• Prepare summaries and discuss organizational meetings (WOMM, MOMM, QOMM, YOMM) with the director.
• Track departmental and organizational progress alongside the director.
• Manage and operate the director\'s social media accounts (LinkedIn) for organizational purposes.

Requirements:

• Any graduate with fresher to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic understanding of social media management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
