Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and leadership reviews.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business briefs.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
Support leadership in reviews, audits, client interactions, and strategic initiatives.
Draft minutes, MIS reports, proposals, and documentation.
Enable leadership decision-making with proactive follow-ups and insights.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably from top B-Schools.
8-15 years' experience supporting CXO/Director-level leaders.
Strong MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and communication skills.
Experience in technical/services/engineering environments is a plus.
High integrity, analytical mindset & strong stakeholder management.
