We are looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of our leading textile manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, expense tracking, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and senior management as required.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with admin team.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel
(including formulas, charts, data validation).
- Excellent command over MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication skills (English + Gujarati/Hindi).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
