Manage daily schedules, calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior leaders.
Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, hotel bookings, and logistics.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Maintain confidential files, records, and data.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the point of contact between management, employees, clients, and external partners.
Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official communication.
Coordinate with internal departments for task follow-ups and project updates.
Task & Project Support
Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring tasks assigned by management.
Track deadlines, follow up on pending work, and ensure timely completion.
Prepare MIS reports, summaries, and actionable updates.
Operational Support
Handle basic HR coordination tasks (attendance follow-ups, onboarding assistance, documentation).
Manage office supplies, vendor follow-ups, procurement coordination.
Support in organizing events, meetings, conferences, and reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle pressure.
Smart, presentable, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
