We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and skilled
Executive Assistant (EA)
to support the Managing Director. This is not a conventional EA role -- we're seeking someone dynamic, sharp, and capable of multitasking with efficiency and grace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, meetings, and travel plans for the MD
Coordinate and follow up on key business activities
Handle email correspondence and documentation
Assist with admin tasks and office coordination when required
Occasionally assist with personal tasks for the MD
Required Experience:
3-5 years as an EA, secretary, or office coordinator
Steady background in administrative or executive support roles
Proven record of responsibility and accountability
Required Skills:
Excellent follow-up skills

Proficient in
MS Office
, especially Excel & Word
Good written and verbal communication in English
Ability to take shorthand or quick notes is a plus
Sharp attention to detail, organized, and dependable
Candidate Preferences (Ideal but not mandatory):
Married, preferably with children
Residing within 45 minutes of the office
Demonstrated job stability in previous roles
Honest, trustworthy, and discreet
Willingness to assist with occasional personal tasks of the MD
