The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing administrative tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management
Handle emails, phone calls, and other communication on behalf of executives
Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records
Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and event planning
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ensure timely follow-ups and execution of delegated tasks

Experience:
Minimum 2 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Candidates residing near Jeedimetla or in Hyderabad preferred
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
