This role involves managing administrative tasks, handling confidential information, coordinating communication, and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior executives
Handle internal and external communication including emails, calls, and follow-ups
Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external agencies
Organize and maintain files and confidential documents
Assist in travel planning, event coordination, and logistics management
Track deadlines, reminders, and task lists for top-level executives

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in an Executive Assistant or administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Candidates from Navi Mumbai or nearby preferred
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage
