smart, efficient, and reliable Executive Assistant (Female)
for a reputed Cafe Restaurant located in Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai.
The selected candidate will provide direct support to the senior management team by managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication. The role demands excellent organizational abilities, discretion, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily calendar, meetings, and appointments for top management
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with efficiency
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Coordinate between departments and assist with internal operations
Organize travel plans, accommodation, and event bookings
Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential data
Perform office support tasks to ensure seamless daily operations
Candidate Requirements:
Gender:
Female only
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a similar Executive Assistant or Admin role
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Hospitality or food service background preferred (not mandatory)
Candidates residing in or near Andheri West will be preferred
