Manage and organize the Directors' calendar, including internal and external.
Coordinate communication between the Director and internal departments.
Support to director to oversee daily office administration task.
Track and follow up on key initiatives, project timelines, and other activities.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of director.
Track deadlines and manage task follow-ups on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards as required.
Assist in documentation, file management and mail management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and support the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Provide proactive support in areas of
social media and other related activity related to marketing.
