Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the senior management
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Handle confidential documents and communication efficiently
Act as the point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
