to support senior management in our Jewellery retail business. The candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel schedules for senior leadership.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and confidential files.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in operational and administrative tasks as required.
Ensure smooth communication flow between management and staff.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in Jewellery/Retail industry preferred.
Benefits:
