We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Executive Assistant
to support our senior management at a reputed Tours & Packages company located at Barakhamba Road, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries for the management team
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
Ensure smooth communication and workflow
Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing emails

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
