Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue setup, agendas, and minutes.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support work-life balance.
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Perform administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and document management.
Support event planning and coordination, both internal and external.
