Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day executive support to the leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination across schedules, meetings, and communication.
Manage complex calendars, travel itineraries, and appointments for all three executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Serve as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Track key deliverables, follow up on pending actions, and ensure timely completion of priorities.
Assist in business communication, documentation, and data management.
Support in office administration and coordination as required.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
5-10 years of experience
supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
