Position: Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director
Location: Kolkata
Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Industry: Premium Car Sales & Premium Laundry Services
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Director in day-to-day operations across multiple businesses premium car sales and premium laundry stores. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Directors schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate across various departments and business units.

• Handle emails, calls, and general communication on behalf of the Director.

• Prepare reports, business updates, and follow-ups.

• Monitor task deadlines and ensure timely execution of directives.

• Maintain documentation, records, and digital files.

• Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external departments and the staff.

• Oversee general office management and administration.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an EA or in a similar executive support role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.

• Tech-savvy with a professional attitude and confidentiality skills.

• Should be able to travel locally for business coordination if required.
