Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and coordinate business meetings, conferences, and events.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action points from meetings.
Assist with project management, research, and data compilation for decision-making.
Oversee office administration tasks related to the executive's function.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow.
Anticipate needs, plan ahead, and proactively resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.
