Role Description
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the founder. They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the founder with necessary arrangements and session preparations.

Candidates living in Gurgaon or nearby locations are preferred.
It is a post full of multiple challenges and would need a strong professional with a strong mindset, excellent coordination, writing skills and client communication.
Qualifications
Prepare internal and customer report summaries.
Schedule and coordinate offline/online meetings and appointments.
Customer Servicing
Coordinate executive communications, including incoming customer calls & outbound prospects, calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as workshops.
Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
In-Depth generative AI application knowledge.
Proficiency in completion, collaboration and delegation of duties
Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Proficient in generative Artificial Intelligence tools
Experience in managing multiple priorities
