Executive Assistant – Events & Operations

Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to work directly with the Director of Aum Sah Foundation. This is a time-sensitive and mission-critical role that requires someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and support all aspects of operational and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Work closely with the Director on all day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-ups. Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing and upcoming events across locations. Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and other stakeholders involved in the planning and execution of events. Track leads and opportunities for events and community engagements across geographies. Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and reports using Excel or similar tools. Ensure regular coordination and communication across multiple teams and functions. Take ownership of documentation, email communication, and follow-ups as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Proficiency in

Gujarati, Hindi, and English

- both spoken and written. Strong command of

MS Excel

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to

multi-task

, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience or background in

event management

will be a strong advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
