We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder/Director with daily operations, coordination, communication, and project tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedules.
Handle emails, calls, and professional communication.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with internal departments and track ongoing projects.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Maintain confidential documents and ensure compliance.
Support strategic tasks, data analysis, and business operations.
Required Skills & Experience
3-6 years as EA/Executive Assistant to Founders/CEOs.
Strong MS Office & Google Workspace skills.
Excellent communication in Gujarati, English & Hindi.
Highly organized, proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
Experience in logistics/EV/startup environment is an advantage.
