Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and calendars for leadership
Record, prepare, and circulate
Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
and follow up on action items
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational coordination
Draft, format, and maintain documents, reports, and internal communications
Assist in hiring coordination, including resume shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Maintain structured records and files while ensuring confidentiality
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years
of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or Operations Coordinator
Excellent
written and verbal English communication
skills
Strong documentation, formatting, and presentation skills
Proven experience in
MoM writing
and professional email communication
Proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets
, and calendar tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong time-management skills
Good to Have
Exposure to
HR or recruitment coordination
Experience using
LinkedIn, Naukri, or other hiring platforms
Prior experience supporting
senior leadership or founders
