: The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Directors. The role requires excellent coordination, planning, confidentiality, and execution skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the leadership office and related operations.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage the Directors' calendars, schedule meetings, send timely reminders, and ensure all meetings are well-coordinated with internal teams, banks, clients, and vendors.
Track and ensure timely payment of all office, director-related, and statutory bills, maintaining proper documentation and sharing receipts within defined timelines.
Coordinate travel arrangements including bank-arranged travel, bookings, visa processing, confirmations, and ensure all travel documentation is accurate and complete.
Handle day-to-day administrative operations including office maintenance, repairs, lunch arrangements, petty cash management, and vendor follow-ups until closure.
Source, coordinate, and manage vendors for office requirements and ensure timely resolution and closure of all requests.
Liaise with banks for account-related matters such as documentation, withdrawals, updates, and opening of new accounts as required.
Support miscellaneous tasks such as trademark coordination, client gifting, social media updates, internal reporting, and special projects assigned by the Directors.
Maintain trackers, MIS, and reports to ensure visibility, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
Ensure confidentiality of all business, financial, and personal information of the Directors and the organization.

Experience & Qualifications:
2-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Graduate in any discipline (Management/Admin preferred)
Prior experience working with Directors or senior management is an advantage
Working Hours & Location
:
Full-time role based at GK-1, Delhi
Working days - 6 days working 2nd and Last Sat Off.
