Manage Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
Act as a key coordination point between Director's and senior management, clients, and external stakeholders
Draft, review, and manage high-level emails, letters, presentations, and reports for Director's
Prepare MIS, board papers, MOMs, and track follow-ups on Director's instructions
Handle confidential documents, strategic information, and sensitive communications with discretion
Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and priority projects
Support Director's in day-to-day planning, reminders, and task prioritization
Assist in compliance-related documentation and special assignments as directed
