Key Responsibilities
Manage
daily schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination
for senior executives.
Handle
travel planning
, itineraries, meetings, and event arrangements.
Prepare
presentations, MIS reports, and business documents
including financial summaries and board meeting material.
Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external clients on behalf of management.
Maintain and organize confidential files, agreements, and business documentation.
Track action items, follow-ups, deliverables, and ensure timely closure.
Assist in drafting emails, proposals, communication letters, and meeting minutes.
Support in
expense management, invoice processing, and compliance documentation
.
Conduct basic research and compile data for strategic decisions.
Handle VIP visitor management, communication management, and office coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree; specialisation in
Finance, Business Administration
or equivalent preferred.
3 to 5 years
of experience as an EA/Executive Coordinator supporting CXO/Leadership roles.
Strong command of
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Investment banking environment is an advantage.
