to support the CEO in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative, accounting, and communication tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar and appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls on behalf of the CEO.
Perform
cold calling
for client outreach and business coordination.
Maintain and update
accounts and Excel sheets
with accuracy.
Prepare and process
invoices, bills, and financial records
.
Draft professional emails, proposals, and correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Manage accounting tasks and making bills on Tally.
Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong command of
MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally/QuickBooks)
.
Excellent
communication skills
(spoken and written English & Hindi).
Confident in
cold calling and client interaction
.
Highly
organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
.
Ability to
multi-task and work independently
with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
