Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage the Principal Architect's
calendar
, schedule meetings, and coordinate meeting logistics.
Handle
emails, correspondence, and confidential documents

Prepare
reports, presentations, and meeting notes
as required.
Process
expense reports
and manage
timesheets
.
Maintain organized
records and filing systems
for easy access.
Project & Client Coordination
Assist with
project documentation
, filing, and tracking progress and deadlines.
Support the preparation of
proposals and presentations
by coordinating with the design team.
Liaise with
clients, consultants, and contractors
to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Organize and assist during
client meetings
and presentations.
