Draft and manage official communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings and record minutes for follow-up actions.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless coordination.
Oversee travel arrangement planning for business and personal commitments.
Execute time-sensitive tasks, ensuring prompt resolution of assigned responsibilities.
Perform general administrative duties to support the office's operational efficiency.
Negotiate and coordinate with vendors for office and personal requirements to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Travel locally as required for business-related tasks.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to ride a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel for work-related assignments.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
