We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
Act as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and team meetings
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks efficiently
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
Excellent organizational, communication & multitasking skills
Professional attitude, discretion, and problem-solving abilities
