Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
Draft and handle emails, memos, and correspondence
Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Maintain filing systems and office records
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support general office operations as needed
Candidate Requirements:
Open to both Male and Female candidates
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Officer preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
