Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer.
Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
Organize personal errands, household management tasks, and special projects.
Maintain filing systems and confidential records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Act as a liaison between the employer and staff, vendors, or clients.
Handle expense reports and monitor budgets.
Ensure the employer is well-prepared and briefed for meetings or events.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
High level of professionalism and flexibility.
