Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage
day-to-day office operations
efficiently.
Liaise with various departments
such as Licensing (Food, Factory, etc.) for compliance and documentation.
Visit and
meet factory employees
located at Sodepur to ensure smooth coordination between the office and factory.
Coordinate ongoing projects
and assist the office and project departments as required.
Arrange and schedule meetings
as per the Director's instructions.
Maintain office records, track activities, and prepare operational reports.
Ensure effective communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
operations or administrative coordination
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multitasking and travel to factory locations when needed.
Must be organized, proactive, and responsible in handling operational tasks.
