Key Responsibilities
1.
Administrative & Calendar Management
Manage complex calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
2.
Founder Support & Task Follow-up
Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
Track deliverables and ensure follow-ups on action items from meetings.
Assist in preparation for key meetings--agenda, minutes, presentations, and briefing notes.
3.
Business Support & Research
Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
Conduct market/industry research and provide executive summaries to support decision-making.
Coordinate with different teams for data collection, project tracking, and reporting.
4.
Communication & Liaison
Draft and manage professional communication (emails, letters, and messages) on behalf of leadership.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal matters.
5.
Operational & Personal Assistance (as needed)
Help with operational tasks such as vendor coordination, expense tracking, and logistics.
Assist in personal tasks/errands that free up leadership time (if agreed upon).

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
